Heavy-duty aluminum casting. Remote thermostat for consistent heating. 1'' diameter pressure screw and heavy duty guides. Maximum temperature 392ºF (200ºC).

A robust heavy duty vulcanizer for medium production. One piece ribbed cast iron construction with dual guide bars for accurate alignment and even pressure distribution. All the electronic controls are enclosed in the base. CLA approved.
