Jewelers use Disc Finisher. This is the newest technology of mass finishing equipment and one of the fastest systems in terms of speed or cycle times. The disc finisher produces very high energy centrifugal forces and pressure unmatched by other generations of mass finishing equipment.

The Exclusive Toroidal Action Provides High Energy Finishing Results. Centrifugal force, combined with high surface speed and a unique flow pattern of the abrasives against the parts, create the exceptional speed of finishing. This toroidal action provides total and satisfactory results, whether it be for rapid deburring, edge reducing or surface refining. Parts and media accelerate outward on the disc to the bowl wall. At the wall, the mass decelerates and returns to the disc center in a toroidal motion. This provides the mechanism for working all sides of each part, including holes and rolled-over burrs which cannot be removed by barrels or vibrators. They improve on the job normally done by vibratory tumblers and can be configured for wet abrasive finishing for scratch removal or dry finishing for final high luster finish. One table top disc finisher will take your product from cast to finish with the use of proven processes and medias. Bowls for all type units interchange quickly and easily.
