A specially formulated pitch that softens readily when heated. Once the pitch is heated gently place platinum, gold, silver or other metal into the pitch and allow to cool. Once cool the metal can be easily engrave or chased on to create textures with certainty as object will not move.

Black chaser's pitch softens when heated. embedded objects are held firmly when pitch cools. useful for chasing or for engraving delicate pieces.
