Elma Ultrasonics produce a more homogeneous power distribution in the cleaning bath for better cleaning results. The Elma research department has been working on process optimization for more than 50 years. The results are powerful transducer systems which guarantee a homogeneous sound field distribution through continuous shifting of the sound pressure maxima (Sweep function). The cleaning power is evenly distributed in the cleaning bath and the cleaning results are optimized. The units of the Elmasonic E series all operate automatically with Sweep. The ceramic heating is dry-run proof The ceramic heating elements in the Elmasonic E units assist the cleaning process. All unit sizes from 1.75 up to 28 liter tank volume are equipped with these heating elements. In practical operation and in endurance tests this heating type has proven absolutely dry run proof.

The materials used and the reliable technology prolong the service life of the units. The new design combines more functionality with modern looks. The basis of nearly perfect cleaning processes with ultrasound is the Elma high-performance transducer system with 37 kHz. The Sweep function, developed in the Elma laboratories, guarantees a homogeneous sound field distribution by way of continuous shifting of the sound field maxima. The Degas function available on the new units accelerates very efficiently the degassing process in the cleaning liquid, particularly in freshly mixed baths. Autodegas is recommended before starting the cleaning process, Degas for special tasks. Both can be switched on by hand. When used in tough permanent operation you will find that the new units with their functional design fully meet the demands of any cleaning task. The Elmasonic S series are fitted with efficient 37 kHz ultrasonic power transducers of the latest generation. The cleaning process is assisted by a dry-run proof ceramic heating. The cleaning tank is made of cavitation-resistant stainless steel. The operating panel is user- friendly, easy to handle and arranged that no liquid can enter the sensitive electronics of the unit. Turning knob on the side allow for easy draining. LED temperature reading. The temperature turning knob allows temperature settings between 30° and 80°C, variable in 5° steps. The mains cable can be plugged off for practical and safe transportation. Pilot lamps for cleaning period and temperature.
