Description Technical Specs   Jewelers use Melting Tip. Multi-orifice design provides the energy needed to melt gold, silver, bronze, or brass in a crucible. Acetylene tip reaches temperatures up to 6000° F and supplies 3000 BTU's. Natural gas/propane tip reaches up to 5200° F and supplies 2420 BTU's. Either tip can melt up to 4 oz. of metal. Melting Rosebud Tips for Little Torch. Features Special purpose multiple orifice 6” in length designed to form a larger heating zone. May be used for melting up to 3 oz. of gold or silver. Maximum temperature 5400°F for propane and 6000°F for acetylene.
